News Blog Category - News Dear Justice parents, guardians and students:

We have been busy getting ready to have a great year! I want to personally thank you for honoring us with the education of your child! Because of you, Justice has climbing enrollment, and we were lucky enough to hire an additional team of teachers this year! I absolutely loved my first year at Justice last year, and can’t wait to get started with our kids again! I graduated from the University of Michigan, and have an ongoing feud with my four kids who all graduated from IU. Go Blue! Here WE go!

We have two new assistant principals this year, and I am proud to introduce them to you:

Mr. Jason Draper comes to us from Marion High School. He brings with him a broad range of experiences after 24 years in education. He has taught and coached from second grade through college. He and his wife have twin 14-year-old daughters.

Mr. Brian Burke was most recently at McCulloch Junior High School. He and his wife have three children. Two are in MCS, and one is at IU.  Mr. Burke has experience as a teacher, coach, principal, and assistant principal!

We have a wonderful staff, who are anxious to meet you and get to know you and your children. We have an open-door policy, and we want your input on our school’s goals and plans. Don’t forget to sign up to be on our Justice School Improvement Team at Open House, as we need your knowledge and perspective.

When you come to our Open House on August 8, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., you will see: teachers and staff, classrooms, your child’s schedule, have fun with locker combinations, and get your car tags if your child will be a car-rider. (Please see below for our drop-off and pick-up map.  ALL car riders and walkers enter through Door 13.)  See you on Aug. 8!

The first day of classes is Aug. 9. We're looking forward to a great year!
